| BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER (Part-Time) |

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This Part-Time Building Maintenance Worker position works three to four days a week including weekends assisting full-time staff and is responsible for the daily housekeeping/custodial services at the “View” Grandview’s Community Center. Most shifts are evenings and weekends as late as 1:30 a.m. on the weekends.
DUTIES: include setting up and removing tables and chairs, emptying trash containers; bathroom and locker room sanitation and clean-up, plus facility vacuuming, mopping, window washing, dusting, and sweeping, and policing parking lot, etc. Work Hours: 15 to 20 hours a week including weekends (5 p.m. to 12 p.m. as late as 1:30 a.m. on weekends).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a minimum age of 18 and one year of custodial experience; valid driver’s license and the ability to follow written and oral instructions; a working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures; and a strong knowledge of janitorial equipment and building maintenance practices. Must be able to work positively with a variety of people.
PROPOSED SALARY:
$11.12/hour plus part-time benefits
