Twice a year, during the Spring and again in the Fall, the Public Works Department offers an opportunity for residents and local businesses to drop-off any solid waste and/or yard debris at the Grandview Ball Park at 13200 Arrington Road (Arrington Road & Highgrove Road).  Fall & Spring Clean Up Location Map

This program is conducted twice a year in the spring and fall, usually during the months of April, October and November.

Note: The City of Grandview does not provide any other type of trash service, including bulk pick up. Citizens independently contract with the private trash hauler of their choice for trash service.

DATES FOR 2019 SPRING CLEAN-UP PROGRAM: April 6, 13, 20 & 27

$20.00 per vehicle per load

Proof of residency required

Items accepted:

  • appliances (freon appliances additional $30 each)
  • furniture
  • carpeting
  • scrap metal
  • scrap building material
  • porcelain items (sinks, toilets, tubs)
  • small mechanical equipment
  • yard waste

Additional cost items:

  • waste oil (five gallons maximum)
  • tires (eight maximum, additional fee of $2/tire)

No other Hazardous Waste Will Be Accepted. To dispose of hazardous waste, visit the Kansas City, Missouri facility at

Payment: Cash or Checks will be accepted.

Additional Cost Items:
Tires (8 max) - $2.00 each and Appliances with freon (freezers, refrigerators) - $30.00 each.
