Medical Marijuana in Grandview
In November 2018, Missouri voters approved medical marijuana allowing patients to access the drug with a state-issued identification card. Now cities across the state, including Grandview, are working on ordinances defining where dispensaries, cultivation, extraction, and testing facilities can be located and how far they should be from schools, churches and daycares.
The Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance during a regular session on Tuesday, June 25 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. You can review a draft of the ordinance here.
