RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMITS $250.00 Base + $5.50 per $1,000
COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMITS $450.00 Base + $6.00 per $1,000

BUILDING PERMIT EXCEPTIONS

 Small accessory buildings (sheds), decks, porches, patio covers, car ports, gazebos, fences and above ground pools shall be $50.00
BUSINESS LICENSE

$50.00 annually (see "Occupational/Business License")
RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW Residential $100.00 Plus $1.00 per $1,000.00 Valuation
COMMERCIAL PLAN REVIEW Commercial is 70% of Permit Fee
ELECTRICAL PERMIT

$75.00 Minimum Up To $2,000 in Valuation, then $6.75 per $1,000 of Valuation thereafter.
MECHANICAL PERMIT

$75.00 Minimum Up To $2,000 in Valuation, then $6.75 per $1,000 of Valuation thereafter.
PLUMBING PERMIT $75.00 Minimum Up To $2,000 in Valuation then $6.75 per $1,000 of Valuation thereafter.
SHED, FENCE, DECK, POOL $50.00
WATER HEATER $50.00
SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT $150.00 per Residential connection, $300.00 per Commercial connection
SIGN PERMIT $50.00 minimum or $2.00 per square foot (whichever is greater)
SIGN FACE REPLACEMENT $25.00 per face (must be an existing business)
BANNER PERMIT $35.00
RE/ROOF (residential) $100.00
RE/ROOF (non-residential) $405.00 Plus 5% of Valuation
RE-INSPECTION FEE $75.00
