Scheduling a Pre-Application Meeting:
- Fill-out the Pre-Application Request Form - download the pdf.
- Attach or include supporting information such as drawings, summary, site plan or other information as needed.
- Submit the Request by noon on Friday prior to the meeting date to Amy Cook, Development Technician at acook@grandview.org
- Once received, staff will contact the applicant to schedule a date and time.
The Development Review Team attends the Pre-Application meeting and typically includes:
- Director of Community Development
- City Planner
- Building Official
- Fire Marshal
- City Engineer
- Representative from Jackson County Water District #1.
Applicants are encouraged to have the following representatives attend the Pre-Application meeting:
- General contractors
- Architects
- Engineers
- Surveyors
- Property owners and any other individuals associated with the project
