John Anderson Park
The John Anderson playground will be closed June 6th until the project is complete. We are resurfacing the playground area to ensure fall protection and improve our parks. Thank you for your patience during this time. Please note - the splash park and other amenities will still be open during this time.
Named after the Grandview legend, John Anderson Park is one of the largest parks in Grandview at 35 acres, and contains many unique amenities. Open trails connect the entire park with multiple playgrounds, open fields for sports, tennis courts, and shelters. In the summer, kids can cool off in the FREE splash park. Please note: Outside temperature must be 75 degrees or above in order for the Splash Park to turn on. The splash park is open through the summer season, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, 10am-7:30pm daily.
