Meet Your Trainers!

  • Sydney is the Fitness and Aquatics Coordinator. She began her fitness journey getting her BS in Athletic Training from Kansas State. During her senior year she completed her NASM Personal Training certification to help others safely realize their fitness goals

    Erin has had the privilege of teaching Silver Sneakers, Water Aerobics, and Yoga at The View for three years. Prior to that, she owned a fitness & dance studio, with a focus on community building and whole body health & wellness. She’s passionate about working with older populations, as well as individuals interested in beginning their journey into fitness and exercise.

    Regina has been active for most of her life but after her fourth child, she was left unable to enjoy the physical activities she once loved. This began her journey to train & get back to the fitness she always knew and loved. After achieving this goal, Regina knew she wanted to help others too. Her passion is to get you on your fitness journey by helping you establish routines & ones that will help you long-term.
