Notice:  Pursuant to Supreme Court Rules, Grandview Municipal Division uses the Show Me Court (SMC) statewide program. Court costs have increased to $33.50 which includes the $7.00 court automation fee for cases not already sentenced.

If you have a payable citation/ticket you may be able to pay it online at: www.courts.mo.gov or in person.  If your citation/ticket is not located online for payment, you must attend court on your designated court date.  When in doubt contact our office 816-316-4837.

1. Proof of Insurance - email insurance proof to: verifyinsurance@grandview.org
2. Request Discovery - email request to: discoveryrequest@grandview.org
3. Request charges be dropped - call their office to set an appointment - 816-316-4955

Attorneys, must e-file entry of appearances, motions and other filings with the court for any new cases filed on or after June 18, 2022. If you are not sure contact the court clerk's office.

Court/Attorney Plea Docket 

Municipal Court is held three (3) Mondays a month. 

Attorney Plea Dockets are held the 1st and 3rd court sessions promptly at 3:00 p.m. Attorneys coming in after this time will need to reschedule their cases.  ALL ENTRYS AND MOTIONS MUST BE E-FILED.

Trials begin promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Pro-se / Open Dockets begin at 5:00 p.m.
