Welcome to the Grandview Farmers Market!

The Grandview Farmers Market is a community gathering place where neighbors can shop fresh, locally produced goods while supporting small, homegrown businesses. Our market focuses on local growers and producers, with a limited number of makers, creating a welcoming and vibrant shopping experience.

New Location – Opening Soon

514 Main Street — our new indoor and covered market space (opening July 8) offers a more comfortable, weather-friendly shopping experience.

Market Hours for 2026

Wednesdays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (NEW!)
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Season: July 8 – October 31

Special events such as Holiday or Maker Markets may be added throughout the year.

What You’ll Find

Fresh fruits and vegetables
Meat, eggs, baked goods, and value-added foods
Flowers, plants, honey, and other locally produced items
A small selection of handcrafted goods from local makers

Good to Know

Products are grown, raised, made, or created by the people selling them
No pets are allowed (service animals welcome)
SNAP/EBT acceptance is being explored for future seasons

Vendor Information

The Grandview Farmers Market is managed by the City of Grandview Parks & Recreation Department and prioritizes local producers. Vendors are selected to create a balanced, high-quality market for our community.

Vendor Types

Producers
Producers grow, raise, harvest, or process the goods they sell using natural or locally sourced products. This includes produce, meat, eggs, honey, baked goods, flowers, plants, and other value‑added food items.

Non‑Farmer Producers

Non‑Farmer Producers create food products from raw ingredients they did not personally grow or raise. Products must be made from scratch and comply with all applicable health regulations.

Makers
Makers create original, handcrafted, or manufactured goods such as jewelry, clothing, or 3D‑printed items. Maker participation is limited during the regular season, as the market primarily focuses on Producers.

Market Schedule & Setup

Vendors may arrive up to 1 hour before market opening
Booths must be ready 15 minutes before opening
Selling before official opening times is not permitted
Vendors are expected to stay for the full market duration

Booth Details

Standard booth size: 10’ x 10’
Vendors provide their own tables, tents, and displays
Booths must remain clean, organized, and within assigned space

Applications & Acceptance

Vendors must apply annually
Acceptance is based on product type, space availability, and market balance
The primary applicant must be directly involved in production and sales
Vendors must be 18 years or older to operate a booth

Fees (see rules/handbook)

Annual and daily vendor options are available for Wednesdays and Saturdays
All fees must be paid by the assigned deadline

Health & Compliance

Food vendors must comply with Jackson County Health Department regulations
Required permits and licenses must be maintained and available upon request

Conduct & Expectations

Professional, respectful behavior is expected at all times
Accurate representation of products and sourcing is required
No resale items, live animal sales, political signage, or aggressive selling
